"We’ve been with Bill Pancake at State Farm for 20+ years now and couldn’t be happier. I recently bought a new car and prior to going to the dealership, I called to get a quote. "I started out with bill pancake when i was only 14 (on my moms plan) and when i turned 18 , i switched over onto my own plan, im 26 now and still with bill pancake statefarm! The employees are always willing to help and super friendly. They are so fast with my auto claims and have never raised my rates ! To top things off, they offer a lot of discounts like the drive safe & save and student discounts. Hands down i will NEVER leave this insurance company 🙌🏽"

"I recently had a change of insurance and felt very lost and confused about insurance. Luckily the employee here named Jossan, was very patient and very understanding with my lack of knowledge with insurance, he convinced me to get state farm and described to me why it was set apart from all the other insurances. He described to me my benefits and didn’t fail to elaborate what needed to be elaborated. At the end of the day, I left with a great deal for me and my brother, and Jossan gave me a sense of assurance and confidence I can count on this office whenever I need them."

"I have had State Farm for personal and business for over 20 years I live in Tampa Met Bill at a business function in Celebration Fl I switched all my policies to Bill. He and his office are proactive - he provides advice and is always availble. His staff is excellent. I was unexpectedly closing on a car purchase around 4:30 pm called his office and they got me insured so I can drive off the lot the same day. He will give you advice on your existing policies and will suggest you keep a policy if better for you . Does not matter where you live “flip” your insurance to Bill Pancake !
